Randy Miller

Randy is a Owner and President of SERVPRO of Shiawassee / West Saginaw Counties. Randy is a highly award winner franchisee and recently won the 2019 Franchise of the Year. His franchises have been leaders within SERVPRO for the past 15 years, earning recognition as an Extreme Team Member of the Disaster Recovery Team. Randy has been in the restoration and construction industry for over 20 years. He has obtained certifications from The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification in Water Damage Restoration Technician and Applied Structural Drying. He maintains a Hazmat certification and a Michigan builder’s license.

Sheldon is a graduate of Central Michigan University with a degree in Construction Management. Before coming aboard full time in January 2015, Sheldon worked in the industry for seven years. As a member of the ERT Team, Sheldon works as the commercial large loss project manager, as well as the manager for our specialty division including Mold, Lead, asbestos, and industrial cleaning. He is certified for lead remediation, clandestine decontamination and has IICRC certification in Water Damage restoration, applied structural drying and applied microbial remediation. Sheldon is also a licensed asbestos contractor/supervisor in the state of Michigan.

Western Michigan University alumni, Shandon is a Commercial Major Accounts Manager and SERVPRO Mentor with almost 12 years in the restoration industry. Responsible for promoting and managing SERVPRO services to commercial customers and SERVPRO mentees, while leveraging relationships, closing new business for SERVPRO and ensuring customer retention. Shandon is also involved with our SERVPRO Extreme Team as a priority responder and SERVPRO Mentor. He travels worldwide responding to disasters in hopes of saving local businesses as well as coaching and guiding other SERVPRO franchises on new losses. Over the past 5 years he has responded with the Extreme Team on catastrophic events to restore businesses, schools, and hospitals in Florida, Texas, Ohio, Tennessee, Florida, North Carolina, and Alberta, CA.

Paul worked in the industrial paint field for over 20 years as both a specification expert and managed a staff of 100 in his capacity as VP of Operations. Paul joined the restoration field as a General Manager in the restoration industry. He received his advanced restoration designations of Certified Restorer (CR) in 2003, CMRS in 2001 and advanced ICRA Training. Paul has performed and managed large-scale, multi-million dollar projects in the areas of structural drying, mold remediation, fire and flood losses, and technical restoration, in Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Michigan, Nebraska, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Texas, and Wisconsin. Paul is a licensed builder in Michigan and a Certified General Contractor (CGC) in Florida.

Mike joined SERVPRO Disaster Recovery Team with more than two decades experience in the construction industry. Working through 2007 in residential construction, he has spent the last 10 years in commercial mitigation and insurance repairs. Mike has earned his WRT and ASD certifications along with a MICRO certification in mold. His experience has also included serving as an Operations Manager for four years before transitioning into a Project Manager role. He continues to work directly with insurance carriers through estimating and consulting services on large commercial losses.

Kendra worked in the industrial equipment industry for 13 years before joining the SERVPRO Disaster Recovery Team. In her role as Sales and Marketing Manager, she is responsible for developing business in our Saginaw and Detroit franchise areas. Her project experience includes disaster recovery services in commercial and residential facilities. She also holds ICRA and GLSTC Safety certification. Kendra has responded with our team to natural disasters such as Hurricane Florence, Hurricane Michael, and local flash-flooding events. When Kendra is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

With over 15 years experience in the disaster recovery and restoration arena, Chris currently serves as our Abatement and Specialty Mitigation Operations Manager. In this role, he oversees all Asbestos, Mold, Lead and Hazardous Material abatement projects. Throughout his career, Chris has amassed a great deal of abatement services experience in hospitals/health care, K-12 schools, colleges and universities, manufacturing facilities and commercial office buildings. He is certified in Water Damage Restoration (WRT), Applied Structural Drying (ASD), Applied Microbial Remediation (AMRT), Carpet Cleaning (CCT), Carpet Repair & Reinstallation (CRT), Odor Control (OCT), and he holds a Master Water Restorer accreditation. Chris also maintains a HAZWOPER license, and he is a licensed Asbestos Contractor/ Supervisor within the State of Michigan. Other Certifications include Lead RRP, ASCR Certified Crew Leader, ASCR Mold Remediation Technician, Master Fire & Smoke Restorer, and Master Water Restorer.

Growing up with a salesman for a father, Cindy has always had a passion for sales and customer service. Cindy currently works for SERVPRO as a Residential/Commercial Account Representative that she really loves. Prior to SERVPRO, Cindy worked with Hurley Health Services (HHS) as the Marketing & Occupational Health Specialist. Cindy was the Director of the Institute for Medical Simulation (IMS) at Mott Community College from April 2009 to November 2016. Under Cindy’s direction the IMS has been instrumental in providing simulation training for healthcare professionals and advanced responder training for various companies and community organizations. Prior to working at Mott, Cindy worked in healthcare for 18 years. She has a bachelor’s degree in Business Communication and an associate degree in Interpreting for the Deaf. Cindy is active in a variety of civic and community organizations including Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), The Friends of the Mott Library, and The American Cancer Society. She is a member of the Shiawassee County and Durand Chambers. She serves on the advisory committee for the EMT class at Genesee Career Institute.
