Restoration of a City Hall
An accidental fire in the attic of the 1896 historic building damaged portions of the attic and 4th floor. However, most of the damage occurred from the discharge of the sprinkler system which ran for over two hours. Between the sprinklers and firefighting efforts, over 20,000 gallons of water flooded the building. All four floors, city offices, the city council chamber, and the basement had extensive water damage.
Services performed included structural dehumidification, emergency relocation services for all city offices, document drying, electronic and data recovery, contents removal and cleaning, historic reconstruction and restoration.
